Terms and Conditions: 

  • Promotion Date: From December 9 to December 14, 2024, Activation of Bonuses: The bonuses will be activated when the customer receives the recharge.

  • The data bonus and WhatsApp will be valid for 30 days, starting from the moment the recharge is received. With this promotional action, the customer will also receive the recharge amount in their main balance.

  • Customers who do not have active international products or resources at the time of receiving the recharge will only receive the recharge amount in their main balance and the 25GB bonus.

  • The main balance will maintain its validity period (330 days) from the moment the recharge is received.

    • Example 1: If a customer receives a recharge of 500 CUP through one of our international distributors and has an active previous promotional offer, they will receive the 25GB bonus and free WhatsApp for 24 hours, valid for 30 days, along with the recharge amount (500 CUP) added to their main balance.

    • Example 2: If a customer receives a recharge of 500 CUP through one of our international distributors and does not have an active previous promotional offer, they will only receive the 25GB bonus for 30 days and the recharge amount (500 CUP) in their main balance.

  • If a customer makes several recharges during the promotional period, the main balance will accumulate, and data bonuses from previous promotions (if any) will accumulate with the bonus from this promotion. The expiration date of the bonuses will be 30 days from the last recharge received.

  • If the customer has active MIN and/or SMS bonuses, the validity date of those will not be extended.

  • Customers who recharge during the promotional period and have resources from combined plans (national and/or international), national plans, active LTE packages, international data bonuses, unlimited data, and/or free WhatsApp for 24 hours, at the time of applying the promotional recharge, will have the expiration date of those resources extended by 30 days from the day of the recharge, with an expiration time of 23:59 Cuba time. That is, users who have plans, combos, or bonuses with data resources (GB), free WhatsApp, and unlimited data will have the validity period of those resources extended.

  • For customers who participate in this offer, a priority for data discount is automatically
    set as follows:
    • Unlimited data from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Outside of these hours, the established
      discounts will apply, provided the customer has this resource.

  • Customers who have active data (GB) bonuses from previous promotions will accumulate them with the bonus from this promotion, and their expiration date will be 30 days from the receipt of this recharge. As for free WhatsApp and unlimited data, their expiration date will be extended to 30 days from the receipt of this recharge. If they have active MIN and SMS bonuses, the validity of those will not be extended.

  • A customer can receive multiple recharges during the promotional period, which will increase their main balance.

  • If a customer makes multiple recharges during the promotional period, the resources from the bonuses will accumulate. The validity period of the bonuses will be 30 days from the last recharge received.

  • Users will not have a limit on recharges during the promotional period, as long as their
    main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed amount:

  • After a recharge during the promotion, the user will receive a notification about the status of their main balance. Main balance inquiries can be made by dialing *222#, and they are free of charge.
    Once all the resources available in the bonus are consumed, it is considered invalid, and charges will begin to be applied according to the priority and current rates.

  • The user in Cuba will receive an SMS notifying them that their account has been recharged. It’s important to remember that notification messages have an expiration period, and to receive them, the mobile phone must be active and in an area with adequate coverage.

  • When the bonus becomes invalid, it resets. Therefore, in the customer's next recharges, it will not be possible to recover any remaining resources from that bonus.

  • The transfer service does not apply to bonuses.

  • Checking bonuses is also free and can be done by dialing 222266# or 222BON#.
