How Do I Find My Nauta Balance?

Simply call the number 118 or log in to the Nauta portal. The email address must be of the type user@nauta.com.cu or nauta.co.cu.

From the Nauta portal you can:

  • See your available balance
  • Transfer balance to other accounts
  • Change Password

Warning.png If you are out of Cuba you will not be able to access the portal and check your balance!
